A wonderful session to lift your Chi and mood! Qi Gong is all about self healing, cultivating your awareness of self and moving mindfully. Wear loose clothing and ladies, a sports bra is recommended! classes are 18yrs + only. Thanks for your understanding!

Cancellations must be made 24hours in advance 8 places only in classes - please book ahead to ensure you have a place 18yrs+ only in all classes and treatments unless otherwise stated Not all treatments and sessions are suitable for certain conditions - please advise us of all ailments, conditions and injuries so we can ensure best practise Any booking will only be refunded if WE have to cancel You can cancel up to 24hrs in advance and reschedule otherwise payment/credit will be lost
