The Invitation

Whether you are joining us in the studio or through the Video Library, these sessions are a chance to turn down the world’s noise and tune back into yourself.

 

We don’t do "performative" yoga here. We use the breath to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. There are no expectations, and certainly no 'pretzel legs' required—just a space to move, to breathe, and to find that "comfortable seat."

 

Ways to Practice

 

In the Studio

Our doors in Northampton are open for those who crave a real-time connection. From midweek Qi Gong to Friday evening Yin, these sessions are intimate, inclusive, and always grounded in the philosophy of the Self.

  • The Atmosphere: Small groups and a warm welcome. We focus on how the movement feels, not how it looks.

  • Arrival: Please use the Front Door for all classes. We recommend arriving about five minutes before we begin to settle in.​

 

Workshops & Circles

These are our "traditions"—deeper dives into the seasons, the Solstices, or the Equinoxes. Expect a loose format of gentle movement, meditation, and circles to hold you safe while you explore a deeper connection to yourself.

A Note on Time

We understand that sometimes life makes you run early (or late). To protect the quiet of the sessions and allow for prep time, we usually open the doors five minutes before the start. If you find the door locked, please take it as an invitation to get a cuppa (if upstairs is open) and just take a breather until we're ready for you.
