Jo Moore - NLP Certified Professional.

My Vision:

A world where individuals are

encouraged to thrive, not simply

pushed to perform.

“The Self is the rider, the body the chariot, the intellect the charioteer, and the mind the reins.” — Katha Upanishad

Requilibrium™ Coaching:
Reset the nervous system, revitalise your health,
reinvigorate your mind

The Philosophy of Self-Discovery & re-alignment

My role is not to direct or diagnose, but to facilitate self-care. This work is grounded in nervous system safety—it is about returning to the Self, not adopting a doctrine or 'one size fits all' programme. We may visit one, or more, of my areas of expertise to achieve your goals together.

The five pillars of Requilibrium™ are:

MOVEMENT

NERVOUS SYSTEM EDUCATION
SOMATIC HEALING

BREATHWORK

NLP & MINDSET

As your Wellbeing Coach I support growth that is:

  • Authentic: Rooted in your unique personal truth.

  • Holistic: Integrating mind, heart, intuition, and lived experience.

  • Transformational: Creating internal shifts that resonate from the inside out.

  • Sustainable: Grounded in conscious awareness, not quick fixes.

My mission: to Restore the Humans behind the Roles

I help people live with greater clarity, confidence, and alignment — by reconnecting them with their values, building resilience and creating long term improvements. This can be mentally, emotionally, physically or all three! This work can be undertaken in person, online and in groups.
