A bliss fest from the beautiful Yin Studio with Jo. Restore your body with nourishing Restorative Yoga - barely moving, you'll be supported by bolsters, cushions and blocks, holding positions longer to rest your busy mind and stretch your body gently. Yoga Nidra will soothe you further as you're lulled 'almost asleep' by the scripted meditation practise and, finally, Reiki Energy will be shared with the room, bringing your inner peace to its heady heights! classes are 18yrs + only.
