We meet and chat, we initiate techniques in and of the moment - EFT, NLP, Breathwork, Mindfulness, Journalling, Meditation or 'mirroring' to name a few - according to what the issue is and where you'd like to take things to. Ideal for controlling the coaching budget, one session at a time, and for trialling my expertise before committing to a block. 18yrs+ only
