Join Jo, two hours a week, for eight weeks - this programme is designed to utilise ancient practises for modern day reset! Bring your nervous system back online, build your emotional and mental resilience and reduce the risk of burnout and fatigue. Expect to move! Expect to relax! Everything else will be revealed in time!

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24hours in advance 8 places only in classes - please book ahead to ensure you have a place 18yrs+ only in all classes and treatments unless otherwise stated Not all treatments and sessions are suitable for certain conditions - please advise us of all ailments, conditions and injuries so we can ensure best practise Any booking will only be refunded if WE have to cancel You can cancel up to 24hrs in advance and reschedule otherwise payment/credit will be lost
