Service Description
Spend 10-20minutes in the InfraRed cabin and feel remade! Excellent for: fibromyalgia, chronic pain, aiding slimming, rebalancing hormones, skin rejuvenation, mood uplift and much more! The InfraRed sauna can reach 50degrees and above but at TBIS you're always in control! Bring a towel and a change of underclothes. Shower available on request.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24hours in advance 8 places only in classes - please book ahead to ensure you have a place 18yrs+ only in all classes and treatments unless otherwise stated Not all treatments and sessions are suitable for certain conditions - please advise us of all ailments, conditions and injuries so we can ensure best practise Any booking will only be refunded if WE have to cancel You can cancel up to 24hrs in advance and reschedule otherwise payment/credit will be lost
