An hour to unwind your body after the week just gone and set you up for the weekend ahead! Think low level, floor based stretches and light moves and you're there! Now with relaxation built in! x4 weekly rotation of: Crystal Therapy, Yoga Nidra, Singing Bowl bathing and journeying visualisation. 18yrs+

Cancellations must be made 24hours in advance 8 places only in classes - please book ahead to ensure you have a place 18yrs+ only in all classes and treatments unless otherwise stated Not all treatments and sessions are suitable for certain conditions - please advise us of all ailments, conditions and injuries so we can ensure best practise Any booking will only be refunded if WE have to cancel You can cancel up to 24hrs in advance and reschedule otherwise payment/credit will be lost
