Spring equinox retreat
Spring into…spring! A full day retreat to mark the spring equinox.
What to expect
Yoga, Qigong, breathwork, meditation, connection to nature-as standard. These turn of the wheel events take place once a season at TBIS and mark the gradual changes we undergo as part of Mother Nature’s family. Gather, connect, release and relax: Jo hosts these events with tenderness, care and humour. Just bring yourself (and maybe a journal and weather appropriate outerwear!) and let her hold space for you. A vegan lunch too! (Please let us know if dietary requirements/allergies at booking)

Cancellation Policy
Please note: All classes booked under your membership package are NOT refundable or redeemable should you fail to attend all available sessions. Memberships are charged MONTHLY unless you cancel. TBIS will NOT refund 'over payments'. Sound Baths will NOT be refunded should you miss a session, turn up later than advertised start time or cancel less than 24hrs before the event. For holistics with Jo, please contact me 24hrs in advance to cancel or full price will be charged. Any bookings made 'privately' with Jo are valid for 3 months Maximum eg x4 reiki sessions at discount will NOT be 'held' for over three months. 'Transfers' of bookings which are missed or forgotten will NOT be made. Vouchers are valid for six months. As a small (micro!) business: Many thanks for your understanding in honouring these terms.
