What to expect
4 hours, 1 room, 25 guests, 1 goal: to reset and recalibrate for the plethora of gifts 2025 promises to brig us! There's never been a time like it, so let's harness our power and get goal setting! Weaving together a myriad of methods, modalities and practices learnt over my lifetime, I'll coach you on how to set BIG goals and, better still, HOW to achieve them! This workshop includes meditation, journalling, my unique recalibration coaching model for wellness and self analysis AND supper! You'll leave feeling reset and READY for your next big shift - because let's face it, IT'S TIME! Early Bird price finishes March 7th!

Cancellation Policy
To cancel, please access your booking and cancel independently on the app or website For 'no shows' or cancellations less than 48hrs in advance, refunds will not be given Please inform us of any food intolerances or allergies - all food is prepped by chefs with food hygiene certificates in professional kitchens and TBIS (Jo Moore-Occhiuzzi) cannot be responsible for food contaminations of any kind. All food is vegan unless otherwise stated. No need to bring anything - we have all equipment. Please be advised, although we have wheelchair access we do not have toilets that would accommodate wheelchairs. Parking to the rear of the building gets full quickly so we ask you consider car shares, or parking on the streets closeby. For events of less than 2 hours you can also utilise Waitrose. The doors will be closed on the given start time. It is not always possible to allow late entry as the event may have started - this is especially true on event days where sound baths and deep relaxation are taking place - so please arrive five minutes before at the latest to gain access. All events are 18yrs+ unless stated. Please advise your event lead of any issues which may cause you discomfort or an inability to take part eg injury or condition. Please advise of any serious medical condition we may need to offer support for.
