What to expect
In the first of your sessions, a 'triad of impairment' is mutually agreed as the three main areas for focus. Then, we analyse your personality type for a deeper understanding of where any 'blocks to progress' may be stemming from. In subsequent sessions we utilise Reiki to heal, Crystals to revitalise, Breathwork and Meditation to soothe, journalling to refocus and Yoga Philosophy to empower you. Jo offers you coaching prompts and techniques which will enable you and promote your best next steps. Tarot can be utilised for insight and any and all of the skills you may have experienced with Jo in Circle, Class, Workshop or Training could be applied at any given time, to order or via Jo's intuition! You'll leave feeling reset and ready for....whatever you have your mind set on! Spiritual Mentoring is the perfect package for those of you looking to delve deeper, or if you're overcoming a life shift. NB It is important to note: it does not replace counselling by a qualified physician and those with significant mental health problems or those in crisis may need additional support.
Cancellation Policy
Please note: All classes booked under your membership package are NOT refundable or redeemable should you fail to attend all available sessions. Memberships are charged MONTHLY unless you cancel. TBIS will NOT refund 'over payments'. Sound Baths will NOT be refunded should you miss a session, turn up later than advertised start time or cancel less than 24hrs before the event. For holistics with Jo, please contact me 24hrs in advance to cancel or full price will be charged. Any bookings made 'privately' with Jo are valid for 3 months Maximum eg x4 reiki sessions at discount will NOT be 'held' for over three months. 'Transfers' of bookings which are missed or forgotten will NOT be made. Vouchers are valid for six months. As a small (micro!) business: Many thanks for your understanding in honouring these terms.
